Damage claims

Our warehouse team personally packs and double-checks every order using the most secure and efficient delivery systems. But we understand that from time to time, items get damaged during shipping and transportation. If you’ve received a damaged product, let us know by phone or email. Do not file a claim with UPS, we will contact UPS for you. Please keep all packaging and packing slips for at least 5 days as a proof of your claim.
